Not much more than a decade ago, the world of craft beer was completely unknown in Catalonia. Now, however, things have changed radically. We find craft beer fairs in many towns, large and small. Many restaurateurs offer them in their premises.
Brewers are becoming more and more masters and less and less apprentices. And the first farmers dedicated to growing hops (one of the four basic elements of beer) have even begun to emerge.
