Product sales and event booking
To make any purchase of products, reserve places for events and scheduled activities or private tastings through the El Celler d’en Xiqui website, you must accept the store’s terms and conditions.
Scheduled activities
- The entrance fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
- If there is a gift, it will be an essential requirement to receive it to have attended the activity. If you cannot attend, the gifts will not be given to third parties or kept.
- Companions who do not participate in the activity are not accepted.
Private tastings
- No changes to dates or times will be accepted in the last 48 hours before the start of the activity.
- If the reservation is cancelled or the number of people is reduced before 48 hours of the start of the activity, the money will be refunded except €5 per person less who comes, for management purposes. In the last 48 hours, if fewer people come or the reservation is cancelled, the money will not be refunded.
- There is a 20-minute waiting period. If after these 20 minutes they have not shown up, the activity is considered completed.
- Companions who do not participate in the activity are not accepted.
- The reservation is valid for 6 months.
Products
- Our products are local and we do not ship to homes.
- You must pick up your order at the store at Plaça Sant Pere, 2 (Girona).
- Fresh products will be separated the day after the order is placed. As the days go by without collecting the order, the optimum point of the same cannot be guaranteed.
