El proper dijous dia 6 d’octubre tornarem de visita al Sindicat a jugar amb el mestre Pere Carretero, les seves birres i els meus formatges.

Tenim moltes ganes de fer-vos descobrir noves harmonies i de mostrar-vos com de bé es porten les cerveses i els formatges plegats, i les moltes possibilitats de maridatge que ens ofereixen. Ens hem tornat a ajuntar i hem tornat a investigar per portar-vos un nou viatge organolèptic que esperem que us sorprendrà i us farà vibrar tant com ens passa a nosaltres.
