The L’Aubreda Cheese Factory is a cheese project located in the Ll\u00e9mena Valley and is part of the L’Amant project, which aims to recover traditional production methods, native breeds, biodiversity and those authentic flavors typical of those who work with passion, love and respect.<\/p>\n

In a short time, the cheeses made by Raquel and Mariona have positioned themselves as high-quality signature pieces and have already received recognition from professionals in their sector. And this is because they make unique pieces full of flavor and territory. <\/p>\n
